Property types range from single to multi-tenant buildings including warehouses, manufacturing facilities / industrial shops, strip malls, office buildings, mixed-use properties (commercial / residential), proposed developments, and other related assets.
Multi-Family Residential Buildings
Properties include residential building with 5 to 100+ units.
Agricultural Properties
Agricultural properties include those devoted to rearing livestock and/or producing cash crops, and include improved crop and livestock farm properties, and hobby farms.
Going Concern Values
These include recreational and other income-producing properties throughout Northern Ontario, including convenience stores, motels / hotels, resorts, golf courses, trailer parks, bowling alleys, campgrounds, self-storage facilities, gas stations, and others.
Institutional Properties
Property types include schools / residences, places of worship, administrative offices, health care assets, including supportive / assisted housing properties, seniors’ residences, and other publicly held buildings.
Aggregate Resource Properties – Quarries & Sand Pits
Boreal Appraisal Services has extensive experience in appraising Aggregate producing properties throughout Ontario. As defined under the Aggregate Resources Act (ARA), R.S.O. 1990, these include active and idle Sand & Gravel Pits, diabase Quarries, Dimensional Stone Quarries, and reserves in clay / shale.
Special Purpose or Use Properties
Property types include sawmills, planing mills, veneer plants, pellet mills, and other forest product properties, including secondary manufacturing.
