Mr. Hébert is a Sudbury native and is fluent in French and English. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Guelph, a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada. He acquired his AACI designation in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia.
His employment background includes management, management consulting, property insurance, employer advocacy, Provincial Government (WSIB), and real property valuation. During his professional tenure Mr. Hébert has worked extensively throughout Northern Ontario with various industry sectors including mining/quarrying, forest products, construction, transportation, manufacturing and the retail/wholesale trades.
Mr. Hébert has extensive appraisal and valuation services experience throughout Northern Ontario and has completed assignments for private individuals, corporations, Chartered Banks and related financial institutions, municipalities and provincial and federal government agencies. Comprehensive valuation reports and assignments have been prepared on both improved and unimproved properties, including recreational, multi-residential, institutional, commercial and industrial assets with current, prospective and retrospective values being considered.
Specialty projects include recreational and other income-producing properties such as hotels, resorts, golf courses, trailer parks, campgrounds, self-storage facilities, agricultural, First Nation Land Claims, aggregate producing properties, mining claims/leases and other related assets.
Mr. Hébert is an accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a past Chairman of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Sudbury Chapter.

Mr. Colard is a native of the Sudbury area and is fluent in French and English. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Physics from Laurentian University and acquired his CRA designation in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2010 and is currently working towards his AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
During his undergraduate studies, Calvin conducted several experiments at the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory, where he sharpened his skills for meticulous detail and observation. Since 2008, he has worked extensively throughout the City of Greater Sudbury and surrounding areas in completing a variety of appraisal assignments including single and multi-family dwellings, vacant residential lands, as well as commercial and industrial use properties.
Calvin has completed appraisal reports for the purposes of mortgage financing, estate valuation, litigation, power-of-sale, assessment appeals and employee relocations for individuals, private and public lenders, mortgage brokers and lawyers.
Mr. Colard is an accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a past Chairman of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Sudbury/Sault Ste. Marie Chapter. Outside of work, Calvin is a proud father of three, a volunteer firefighter and enjoys working on construction projects as a hobby.

Julianne Graveline is a native of the Sudbury area and is fluent in both French and English. After acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Biology from Laurentian University in 2011, she continued on to receive a Real Estate Sales Representative license. Julianne sold residential properties for two years before deciding to narrow her focus to real property valuation. Completing the necessary courses through the University of British Columbia, and mentorship program with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, she achieved her ‘Canadian Residential Appraiser’ (CRA) accreditation in early 2020.
Mrs. Graveline has completed appraisal reports for the purposes of mortgage financing, estate valuation, private and public lenders, mortgage brokers, matrimonial separation, etc. She has evaluated many different property uses such as vacant land, residential, rural, waterfront and multi-residential properties, as well as assisted on several commercial projects ranging from small industrial to aggregate properties.
Julianne is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada as well as a member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board. Outside of work, she is a mother of one and has a passion for house plants.

Stephanie Elliott is a long-time resident of the City of Temiskaming Shores. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate from Thompson Rivers University and acquired her AACI designation in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2022.
Stephanie has a strong background in the real estate industry. In 2007, she obtained her Real Estate license through OREA Real Estate College and, for nine years, worked as a Real Estate Sales Representative before choosing to concentrate on real property valuation. In 2016, Stephanie became an AIC Candidate with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and joined Boreal Appraisal Services, where she worked as a candidate member until obtaining her AACI designation.
Stephanie has completed numerous appraisal assignments for a variety of property types located throughout Northern Ontario, including residential and multi-residential dwellings, commercial and industrial assets, as well as institutional and agricultural-related properties. Assignments have been prepared for the purposes of mortgage financing, acquisition and disposition, estate valuation, power-of-sale, litigation, and accounting purposes, among others.

Melanie resides in Wawa and lives and works in the Superior East Region on the north shores of Lake Superior. Melanie is proud to be of Indigenous decent and is a member of the Wikwemikong First Nation. She has a strong background in community economic development and currently holds the position of Economic Development Officer for the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville.
Melanie is an active volunteer and is a member of many non-profit organizations including the Superior East Community Futures Development Corporation and the Wawa & Area Victim Services. Considering herself a lifelong learner, she is currently a student at the University of British Columbia’s - Sauder School of Business, where she is working towards completing the Post-Graduate Certification in Real Estate Valuation (PGCV) and is a graduate of Laurentian University’s Business Administration program. She is also a proud alumni member of the Governor Generals Canadian Leadership Conference (2012).

Gabriel Charlebois is a new resident of North Bay, previously living in Napanee, Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in economics from Trent University.
During his undergraduate studies, Gabriel partook in numerous case studies and classes that focussed on business analysis and organizational management. He is currently enrolled in the UBC Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation program, with aspirations of becoming a designated AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys playing rugby, a sport he pursued during his time at Trent University and working on various house/landscaping projects.
