Industrial and Commercial Properties
Property types range from single to multi-tenant buildings including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, strip malls, office buildings, proposed developments, mixed-use properties and other related assets.
Property types include schools, places of worship, health care related and other publicly held assets.
Properties typically include those with five or more units.
Aggregate Resource Properties
Aggregate producing properties throughout Ontario, as defined by the Aggregate Resources Act (ARA), R.S.O. 1990, and includes active and idle Sand & Gravel Pits, diabase Quarries, Dimensional Stone Quarries, and reserves in clay / shale.
Agricultural properties throughout Northern Ontario, including land devoted to rearing livestock and producing crops, and improved crop and livestock farm properties, and hobby farms.
Special Purpose Properties – Going Concern Values
These include recreational and other income-producing properties throughout Northern Ontario, including motels / hotels, resorts, golf courses, trailer parks, bowling alleys, campgrounds, self-storage facilities, gas stations, and others.
